Domaine Ninot

The Ninot family has been coopers and winemakers since the 14th century. Their grandfather played a significant role in establishing and promoting the appellation. After his passing, the estate was divided among five children. One of them did everything to keep the legacy within the family but could only save their share and had to start over. Since 2003, his daughter Erell, joined by her brother Flavien in 2013, has managed the 13-hectare estate, which is now fully organic.
